information which includes your full names, home address, (in-case you want home delivery which should cost you about $50 extra Cell & Home number, state, city and zip code. An the closest airport to your location if you will rather prefer to pick them up from the airport.
With the above information, I can proceed with the flight reservation and registration of the puppies at the agency and as soon as that is done and the flight is booked, they should contact you with the flight notification and address confirmation and you can just pay directly to them.
