Live-In Building Care Taker Position
Unique Opportunity for handy person or couple: On site Albany apartment in exchange for basic maintenance, seasonal care, cleaning, light food service and event set up and break down work within local synagogue. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Weekend hours approx. 4 hours each day and approx. 1-2 hours each weekday evening.
Compensation for approx. 18 hours a week is a spacious, quiet, secure 1 bedroom modern, non-smoking apartment that includes heat, hot water and electricity. Value is approx. $1000 per month.
Applicants must be dependable and have a strong work ethic with good people skills.
