These are both electric and Steam!! Washer cu ft is 4 & Dryer is 7. Washes and dries huge loads! 1 year old but. Comes with all the manuals, hoses and cords. We hate to have to sell this amazing set, we just can't take them with us. Absolutely nothing wrong with them. Paid over $3,500 for both.
